Palantir Consulting Pty Ltd ("we", "us") operates InspectMan. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to align with the Australian Privacy Principles.

• Account details: name, work email, organisation, phone.
• Project content: inspection bookings, photos, notes, and reports you upload.
• Resident contact details you enter for booking communications.
• Usage and device data (IP address, browser, actions taken) for security and analytics.

2. How we use it

• To provide, secure, and improve the Service.
• To send transactional messages (verification, booking confirmations, reports).
• To respond to support requests.

3. Storage & security

Data is hosted in Australia. Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted and audited.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with sub-processors that help run the Service (hosting, email delivery) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us.

6. Retention

We retain project data for as long as your account is active. On account closure you may request full deletion or export.
