InspectMan ("the Service") is operated by Palantir Consulting Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Account & access

You must provide accurate details when signing up and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials confidential.

2. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to breach its security, upload unlawful content, or use it to harass or defraud others.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of the inspection data, photos, and reports you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content so we can provide the Service to you.

4. Free access

The Service is currently offered free of charge for a limited time. We may introduce pricing in the future with reasonable notice.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination you can request an export of your data.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
